Hydracy Soulmate 40oz Insulated Tumbler with Handle & Straw — IceVault Triple Insulation, BPA-Free, Leakproof Lid, Dishwasher Safe

I purchased this for a good friend of mine who loves the other really expensive brand that frankly, I get an eye twitch every time I hear the brand name of the “other one”. It’s a marketing ploy. Just because it’s expensive doesn’t necessarily mean it’s the best option. Nor did they invent the size, features or capabilities. Don’t give into the massive hype or higher pricing just because you see it on social media…sorry, not sorry.I forgot to give it to my friend who was visiting, and even forgot to bring it to her the next time I visited her out of town. So, I decided to use it for myself. I actually had/have purchased three other hydracy bottles. This is the only one with the straw attachment that I have in my collection. Somewhat intentionally because I didn’t like cleaning the extra item. However, the quality of this cup made me change my mind about the straw feature. Especially one that is metal in high-quality and easy to clean, and is while driving friendly. The real reason of this review other than it looking really sleek, (purchased black) being very well insulated and surprised me that I liked it for a mug that I did not want for myself… I didn’t realize until I started using it (late to open since intended it as a gift) that there was something askew with the straw. First, I thought it was my newness to a straw, lol 😂 at least a metal one.I almost threw it away, assuming that shame on me for not checking it sooner. However, I reached out to hydracy customer service and was surprised how personalized the response was. Not only was it personalized, they did not shame/blame or take lack of accountability because it was past the order return date. They were incredibly mindful in asking details and giving me certain directions, and asked for a video to share. At first, I thought well at least I’m not talking to a robot… And obviously they really care about their product and even more so for their customer’s experience. I sent the video and they actually forwarded it to their executive team. Imagine my surprise that something I bought for a friend, never intended to use on my own, and had well passed the return window, but was able to prove that I had not used it and that it wasn’t my own error that there was something wrong with it… I wasn’t trying to sneak something in. That it was my own mistake for not checking it sooner is what I’m trying to emphasize here….Let’s all be fair to businesses that want to do the right thing without taking advantage of them…AnyWho, the fact that I’m going to have a replacement straw sent to me, and that I received a personalized response from an executive level person. Although already a loyal customer, they didn't know that. I certainly will remain one.The reason why I’m writing this review is because customer service is so important. Genuine personalized customer service. It wasn’t an automated response, it wasn’t a robot that sent me basic information that I had to keep fighting through to reach a real person. It was a real person. And they treated me like a customer that they really appreciated.

The Hydracy Soulmate 40oz Tumbler is a must-have for anyone who values convenience and style in their daily hydration routine. The large 40oz capacity ensures that I stay hydrated throughout the day without the need for frequent refills. The handle and flip straw design make it incredibly easy to use, whether I'm at my desk or on the go. One of the standout features is its 100% leakproof construction, which gives me peace of mind, especially when I'm traveling or commuting. The insulated stainless steel straw keeps my drinks at the perfect temperature, whether it's a cold beverage or a warm coffee. The rubber base is a thoughtful addition, ensuring that the tumbler stays securely in place in my cupholder, preventing any spills or slips. The Twilight Teal color adds a touch of elegance and uniqueness to my daily accessories. Overall, this tumbler combines functionality with style, making it an excellent investment for anyone looking to upgrade their hydration game.

This tumbler is so cute and lightweight. The flip straw makes it ideal to travel with, and it keeps drinks cold for hours (a whole workday for me). The only caution is that if you do not clean your tumbler often, this is not for you. The flip straw design will require you to keep the straw really clean.

The Hydracy Soulmate Tumbler is easily one of my favorite everyday items right now. Between bouncing from site visits for youth programs and long days of writing trying to meet grant deadlines, I basically live off hydration and caffeine, lol. This tumbler has been riding shotgun through all of it. The café crème color is this soft, creamy neutral that looks soooo sophisticated without being plain. The rubber base keeps it whisper-quiet while it styles and profiles on your desk or countertop. It’s 100% leakproof (I’ve tested that claim in a few reckless ways), and the flip straw design feels sturdy, not flimsy like cheaper ones. Drinks stay ice-cold for hours, even sitting in the car on warm days. The stainless steel straw is a wonderful little sanitary touch. What I really love, though, is that it’s cupholder friendly and doesn’t sweat, so no paper towel “coaster” nonsense. This is the kind of tumbler that makes you want to drink more water, look a little more pulled together and never go back to single-use bottles filled with BPAs and PCBs and microplastics ever again. Ten out of ten, would rebuy in every color!

This is a very nice stainless steel tumbler. The build quality is decent. Also in my opinion, this one is just as nice as the more expensive one that my wife has. It also does a good job of keeping my water ice cold. When I first got it, I tested it out by filling it full of ice and leaving it overnight on the counter and when I came back the next morning , it's still had lots of ice in it. Also i'm happy to say that it is leak proof and doesn't leak like some of the others that i've tried in the past.

Overall, I think this is a very good stainless steel tumbler, and I am glad that I decided to get it.

This is an excellent tumbler. I think they're actually better than the stanley ones. They're more well made and the design is so much nicer. The material feels premium and it has a nice grip. I like the flip straw feature and it comes in a nice presentation box that would make this a nice gift to someone. The 40 ounce size is perfect to store a good amount of liquid without it being overly heavy. It's a good balance.

I love this tumbler a lot. This is a very pretty color and I think it is perfect for fall. It is quality made and I love the ice retention in this. It keeps the ice cube for a few hours and the drink remains cold for even more hours. Very easy to clean and keep up on. The overall design is very aesthetically pleasing. It fits well in my car's cup holder.

Nice size sturdy.

I LOVE this cup!

This cup is a nice surprise - it's a solid product! It combines the best of both worlds of two of my favorite cups. It has the aesthetic look and feel of a Brumate body with the enjoyable sipping experience of a hydrojug. It also comes with a non-slip rubber base that matches the color of the cup and a screw in stainless steel straw! I have also found it to be completely leakproof. Give it a try!

Excelente producto, es liviano y su pajilla se esconde para mayor higiene.

Great cup! Loved that it came with a metal straw!

I’ve bought this for my best friend, my son, and now myself - we all love it so much! When it’s closed, it truly is leak proof, so you can throw it in a bag or really take it anywhere. If it’s completely full, it might dribble a little bit when you first open the straw, but not enough to bother me. It keeps ice cold for a long time, I washed it before use and there was no weird taste transfer, and I love that the straw is attached but that you can also remove and wash it. I also love that it’s dishwasher safe because that is a must in my household. I’ve had cups that were a similar style in the past, and didn’t care for them, because they would leak or because I felt weird about not being able to take the straw out to clean it - this cup has solved all those issues! The size is absolutely perfect for a day-long adventure - it’s about the maximum amount I would want to carry around, but still fits nicely in any cupholder. I also really appreciate the little bit of rubberized padding on the bottom so that it doesn’t make a loud metallic noise every time you set it down. The price seemed high at first, but honestly, if I’m using it every day, it ends up being more than worth it. For my needs, I would take this over that Stan brand any day!!

I love this tumbler. I thought it would be awkward to carry around but it isn't.

Love it. Flip part of the straw was a little rough but other than that it’s great

Love

This tumbler is great for carrying in the car, but on my desk it’s unusually top-heavy and I’ve already tipped it over three times; twice it fell to the floor. Just a warning to be careful. I love the color and the straw setup. It keeps things fairly cold, doesn’t leak and survived two trips to the floor without any damage.
