If you encounter any manufacturing defects, breakage, or receive a product that doesn't meet our high standards, we'll be here to make it right.

What is Covered:

  • Material default
  • Workmanship Issues
  • Missing parts

What is Not Covered:

  • Normal wear-and-tear
  • Accidental damage (drops, hits, scratches, etc.) / improper use or care

Please note that warranty claims are only approved for products purchased from our authorized dealers. The limited lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not extend to damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, disassembly, alterations, modifications, normal wear and tear, abuse, fire, or Acts of God.

If you need to make a warranty claim, we'll replace your Hydracy product with an identical or similar alternative of equal or higher value. Please note that replacement flasks under warranty cannot be customized, and engraved flasks will not receive an engraved replacement.

While we strive to provide the best support, please understand that Hydracy shall not be liable for any damage, loss, cost, or expense, including incidental or consequential damages. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORT THEORY, OR ANY STRICT LIABILITY THEORY, WILL HYDRACY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ALLEGEDLY CAUSED BY A HYDRACY PRODUCT.

  • Search for "Hydracy" to find the specific order number. On the mobile app, select "view order details" under the "order info" section. The order number typically consists of ~17 digits separated by 3 dashes "-".
