Hydracy Shipping & Return Policy

DELIVERY

Deliveries are currently limited to the contiguous United States. Domestic shipments are dispatched from U.S. facilities via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL, with anticipated arrival within 2–5 business days post-processing. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, and unincorporated territories (including Puerto Rico) are not available at this time.

Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for delays or damages caused by courier services. We strongly advise providing precise delivery information to prevent misdirected or undelivered items.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track the status of your order by entering the provided tracking number on the carrier’s website.

Lost Packages: Should your package go missing, we will offer assistance to the best of our ability. However, lost parcels are ultimately the responsibility of the delivery service, and we are unable to provide replacements or refunds for such instances.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries: If your delivery arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please reach out to us at hello@hydracy.com without delay. We may require photographic evidence of the damaged product and packaging.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Satisfaction Assurance

If you’re dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at hello@hydracy.com within 50 days of your order delivery.

Important: You must contact us prior to initiating a return to ensure proper refund processing. Returning items without prior communication may hinder our ability to identify the products, potentially extending refund processing time or invalidating the refund altogether. If you send items to an incorrect address without seeking return instructions from us, we cannot take responsibility for refunding or reshipping those products.

Electrolyte Products (Stick Packs)

To be eligible for a return on electrolyte products, you must:

  • Send back all items from your order in their original packaging

  • No more than 2 stick packs used per order. For the 30-serving container, at least 28 stick packs must be returned.

  • Return any complimentary gifts received, unopened and unused

  • Contact us within 50 days of your delivery date

We will not provide refunds for electrolyte products returned more than 50 days after the delivery date. No exceptions.

Drinkware (Water Bottles, Tumblers & Pitchers)

To be eligible for a return on drinkware products, you must:

  • Contact us within 50 days of your delivery date

  • Return the item in its original condition — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • Include all accessories and parts that came with the product

We cannot accept returns on drinkware that has been used, washed, or shows signs of wear. We will not provide refunds for drinkware returned more than 50 days after the delivery date. No exceptions.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning products to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery to our warehouse. Please email us the tracking information so we can monitor your return status. If you do not provide tracking and the returned package does not arrive at our warehouse, we cannot issue a refund.

Upon receiving the returned product in acceptable condition, we will refund the purchase price of the item. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Undelivered or Returned to Sender

In cases where a product is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will not be held liable for reshipping the item. We may issue a refund for the product, minus any shipping costs, provided the product is returned in its original condition.

In instances where a shipment is returned to us as Undelivered, you may receive a replacement or full refund. Alternatively, we can resend the order after collecting an additional shipping fee. This policy does not apply to Refused Packages (see below).

We will not accept requests for replacements or refunds for orders more than 30 days after delivery.

Damaged Packages

If you receive any damaged goods in your order, please contact our customer support team at hello@hydracy.com. We will promptly investigate the matter and, if the issue is confirmed, arrange to send you a replacement for the damaged item. No replacements will be sent without photographic evidence that the package arrived damaged.

We will not accept requests for replacements or refunds for damaged items more than 30 days after delivery.

Refused Packages

If you decline a package, please be aware that the package will incur a return shipping fee, which will be subtracted from your refund. We will not know the exact amount of the fee until we are billed by the shipping agent.

Refused shipments can get lost during the return process and may not make it back to us. If you refuse your shipment and it does not return to our warehouse, we will not be able to issue a refund. We strongly advise accepting the package and contacting us to properly process a return rather than refusing it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on gift cards or items that have been personalized or customized.

ORDERING

Altering Orders

If you’ve placed an order and would like to change it for any reason, please email us immediately at hello@hydracy.com. If a packing slip has not yet been created, we can modify or cancel it. If a packing slip has already been generated, we will not be able to edit the original order.

Duplicate Orders

Hydracy assumes no responsibility for duplicate orders placed by customers online. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that duplicate orders are avoided. In the event of a duplicate order, all return guidelines outlined above will apply.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

Customers may cancel their subscription after a 14-day period from the date of their initial order. This allows sufficient time for customers to receive and sample our product.

After the 14-day period, customers can cancel their subscription by accessing their account on our website and following the cancellation process. Customers will not incur any further charges or receive additional shipments once the subscription is canceled.

Same-Day Cancellations: If you request the cancellation of your subscription on the same day it was initiated, we reserve the right to cancel both your subscription and any associated order.
