How can I make a warranty claim?
I am glad you asked! it's super simple and should take only a few minutes:
1) Grab your cell phone or tablet and take a few pictures showing the issue on the product.
2) Find the original order ID.
3) Email our customer service hello@hydracy.com with the pictures you took, the order ID, and a short description of the problem and let them take care of the rest!
