  • Do recruit a workout buddy to spend time with regularly. There is safety in numbers. Find someone you trust to hold you accountable to your fitness goals. Then, spend time with them working out and communicating.
  • Don’t give up, no matter how hard things get. There is a sizable prize to be had for trying hard. Your health is the ultimate reward. The more you work out now, the healthier you’ll be in the future.
